Message	i would suggest the 120k kit from either conceptz or z1 with new silicone bypass hoses, rameyz idler studs, UR underdrive/overdrive pulley's, get the new crank gear and crank seal, cam seals, VTC springs, o-rings for VTC spring cover, new lower plenum gasket, Nismo thermostat, etc... I am sure I have forgetten something, probably multiple items... Rasta420
